1. Celebration Orders

1.1 Deposit & Booking

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date
• An invoice will be sent, and we will hold your date for 48 hours while you pay the deposit
• Once the deposit is paid, your booking is confirmed
• The remaining 50% balance is due 1 week before collection
• Orders under £100 must be paid in full when booking
• If delivery is requested, the cost will be included in your final price

2. Storage & Care

• Keep cakes in the fridge until ready to serve
• Once cut, store leftovers in the fridge and consume within 5 days or keep in the freezer up to 3 months
• Allow slices to return to room temperature before eating
• A full care, transport, and collection guide will be sent after booking

3. Wedding Cakes

3.1 Pricing & Booking

• Prices are tailored to your chosen design
• Once quoted, your date is held for 1 week
• To confirm, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required
• The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the wedding
• Payment by instalments can be arranged
• Dates are not secured until the deposit is paid

3.2 Wedding-Specific Requirements

• Weddings booked with less than 4 weeks notice must be paid in full
• Any design changes must be confirmed 6 weeks before the wedding
• Once delivered and set up, we are not liable for damage
• Minimum Booking Fee: £300 for wedding cakes
• Travel expenses not included

5.1 Who Can Make Changes

• Only the bride or the person named on the booking form may make changes
• All changes must be confirmed by phone, email, or letter

5.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing by the named person.

• 6+ months before: Only deposit lost
• 3–6 months before: 50% of remaining balance due
• 1–2 months before: 75% of remaining balance due
• Less than 1 month: Full payment due

• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other events outside our control
• No refunds or compensation are given if services are affected by circumstances beyond our control
