1. Celebration Orders

Deposit & Booking:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date
• An invoice will be sent, and we will hold your date for 48 hours while you pay the deposit
• Once the deposit is paid, your booking is confirmed
• The remaining 50% balance is due 1 week before collection
• Orders under £100 must be paid in full when booking
• If delivery is requested, the cost will be included in your final price

2. Storage & Care

• Keep cakes in the fridge until ready to serve
• Once cut, store leftovers in the fridge and consume within 5 days or keep in the freezer up to 3 months

3. Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: deposit is non-refundable but can be credited towards a future order
• Cancellations made within 14 days: no refund or credit will be given
• Changes to design/flavour must be requested at least 7 days before the event

4. Allergen Information

• All cakes are made in an environment where nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs are present
• Please inform us of any allergies when ordering
• We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product

5. Collection & Delivery

• Collection is from our Basildon, Essex location
• Delivery charges apply based on distance and cake size
• You are responsible for the cake once collected or delivered
